Sugata combines extensive experience in new business creation with a successful history in channel program development. Sugata was previously Vice President of Content Security at SonicWALL, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in driving corporate growth and profitability through acquisitions, technology development and innovative channel initiatives. Sugata led the $31 million acquisition of MailFrontier, which enabled the company to enter the multi-billion email security dollar market. He also led the creation of successful subscription and managed services offerings designed to fuel profitable and sustainable businesses for value added resellers.

Prior to SonicWALL, Sugata held general management and executive positions at Philips Electronics and Honeywell Inc. (formerly AlliedSignal, Inc.). Sugata holds an MS in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

Mary McEvoy Carroll has been associated with ZINFI since 2007 as vice president of communications. She is principal of Sand Hill Communications Inc, a public relations and communications consultancy. Previously, Mary was director of worldwide public relations at SonicWALL where she led external perception strategies, driving media and analyst communications programs in 18 countries including the US. She is a prolific writer and an emerging blogger. Prior to SonicWALL, Mary was vice president at The Hoffman Agency, a Silicon Valley public relations agency. Here she developed high-profile programs for clients including Hewlett Packard, Sony Electronics, Chordiant Software, Quantum Corporation and multiple start-ups.

Her previous career spans the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific with companies including Cadbury Schweppes, Thorn EMI, and Cable and Wireless. Mary is a Classics graduate from London University.

Gary McCauley joined ZINFI in 2008, and was most recently a partner at Marketlink Technologies, a 10-year-old technology channel development company that has partnered with over seventy-five technology manufacturers, and was instrumental in building and developing VAR channels and driving sales for many respected technology firms in the country, including Rim Blackberry, Iomega, Quantum Snap Appliance, NetScreen (Juniper), Barracuda Networks, Lexmark, Xerox, Firetide and Motorola. Gary has been involved in the IT space for more than twenty-five years starting with Schreyer Associates as a sales representative in 1983. Schreyer Associates was one of the first computer representative firms in the country, working with early computer innovators such as Atari, Commodore, Leading Edge, and Maxell.

Gary holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Management from Clarion University, in Clarion Pennsylvania. He was a two time Division Two Football All American, and signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a free agent.

Thomas is an accomplished and selfmotivated Creative Director with an exceptional record of developing powerful, visually appealing campaigns that consistently exceed expectations with proven expertise in corporate identity branding, advertising concepts, direct mail and response tools. Between managing clients for his own business for over twenty-five years, Thomas was Art Director and Marketing Graphics Manager for Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison for ten years, where he built up the ondemand design and production department that helped propel this top US law firm to international prominence with fourteen offices at its peak in 2001.

Thomas uses his experience in both traditional print methods and the new ZINFI technologies to efficiently create and deliver cost-effective design solutions that help clients differentiate themselves from their competition, build on their intellectual leadership, and increase their revenues.

Ken has over 15 years of experience in creative fields in various sectors like Media, Publishing and IT. He has contributed extensively to ZINFI over the past five years in a number of areas and has successfully managed the company's Professional Services business.

Prior to joining up with ZINFI Technologies, Inc. Ken held executive positions at major corporations. He has extensive experience on all aspects of project execution for assigned brands- from developing of timing and budget through prototype delivery and final execution. A graduate in Commerce, Ken has completed multiple certifications in various software tools as well as in print and Web media applications. He has comprehensive experience in client account management, organizational growth and the development of recurring business models.

Victor has over fifteen years in the IT industry and over twelve years of executive positions in various European companies. Victor has significant experience in a wide area of IT operations - from software development management to HW and SW distribution to customer support and BPO. Among Victor's recent achievements is the development of one of the leading antivirus software - RAV Antivirus, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2003.

Victor also has managed the Romanian subsidiary of the biggest Italian software house, Finsiel (Almaviva since 2005), and worked for the biggest Romanian software house, SIVECO, as a GIS Competence Center Manager. Victor holds a M.Sc. in Microelectronics from the Polytechnic University in Bucharest.
