Program Approach:
ZINFI will be working with CLIENT's team in developing a cohesive marketing and sales strategy by using the following steps:
- Global Market Analysis: As a part of this step, ZINFI will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current market opportunity, sizing and growth drivers in each region. During this analysis, ZINFI will also capture the key competitors in each market to identify their strengths and weaknesses in terms of products, positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies. This analysis will identify key global opportunities for CLIENT consideration.
- CLIENT's Positioning Analysis: On the basis of the global market analysis and customer needs, ZINFI can work with CLIENT to develop a competitive positioning for CLIENT's offering in alignment with end-customers key buying needs. If required, ZINFI can reach out to potential buyers to develop branding guideline and a prioritized product feature and benefit matrix.
- CLIENT's Pricing Analysis: ZINFI can carry out a thorough market segment analysis by key competitors in each region to develop a pricing strategy (e.g., premium, at-par, below market, etc.) to allow CLIENT's offering to compete profitably.
- Global Channel Analysis: On the basis of global market, positioning and pricing analysis, and CLIENT's existing capabilities, ZINFI can develop a cohesive go-to-market plan, i.e., direct, one-tier and two-tier distribution strategies. ZINFI can also identify key broad-line or specialty distributors who may be interested in carrying CLIENT's product and services in their respective regions.
- Financial Model Development: Once step 1 to 4 have been completed, ZINFI can put together a complete financial model to articulate growth targets by markets and key activities that would achieve targeted growth along with required investment in each market.
