Portal Content Management

The Portal Content Management module of ZINFI’s partner marketing management (PMM) platform enables your organization to set up and manage partner portal content and “market to partner” campaign content. All content can be assigned to different partner groups based on multiple criteria like device type, geographic location and partner tier with granular access control.

Portal User Management

Using the portal content management features of ZINFI’s Portal Content Management module, your organization can set up user accounts and associated groups and assign specified content to them for consumption via the partner portal. The Portal Content Management module provides tools for managing the access rights of users as well as the association of users with specific groups. Portal Theme Management

The Portal Content Management module enables your organization to set up and manage partner portal themes (design and layout) in alignment with corporate branding guidelines. Page Content Management

The Portal Content Management module enables your organization to set up portal pages using a site map structure, and then start adding pages and content. The module comes with an easy-to-use dynamic web page and content management capability. Once you create pages with the Portal Content Management module, you can easily manage the access of partners to specific pages. For instance, you can allow some content to be accessed by channel partners across the globe while at the same time restricting access to content targeting non-English-speaking audiences to specific country teams or local users. Portal Alerts Management

ZINFI’s Portal Content Management module allows your organization to set up dynamic system emails and alerts to notify users of relevant site activities. Using the Portal Content Management module, you can set up alerts to remind users of pending tasks like partner platform registration, contract sign-up, business plan submission and more. Content Workflow Management
