Portal Content Management

The Portal Content Management module of ZINFI’s Partner Sales Management (PSM) platform enables your organization to set up and manage partner portal content and “market to partner” campaign content. All content can be assigned to different partner groups based on various criteria such as device type, geographic location and partner tier with granular access control.

Portal User Management

The Portal Content Management module allows your organization to set up a user account and associated groups that will be able to access content assigned to them for consumption via the partner portal using the user management capability. With the portal user management features, your organization can manage the access rights of users and the association of users with specific groups to provide restricted access to zones available in the partner portal.

Portal Theme Management

The Portal Content Management module enables your organization to set up and manage partner portal themes (design and layout) to align with corporate branding guidelines and helps you maintain uniformity across all partner-facing content. With the theme management features of our Portal Content Management module, you can manage page content, font style and size, and other graphical elements. A partner portal with visually appealing vendor branding encourages channel partners to engage in vendor programs.

Page Content Management

The Portal Content Management module enables your organization to set up portal pages using a site map structure, and then begin adding pages and content. This module comes with dynamic web page and content management capabilities. As your organization creates new pages of content, you can control access at a granular level, allowing access by channel partners across the globe, for example, or by designating specific teams to create and manage content locally targeting non-English speaking audiences.

Portal Alerts Management

The Portal Content Management module allows your organization to set up dynamic system emails and alerts linked to relevant site activities. Using the alerts management features of our Portal Content Management module, configuring alerts for partner activities like partner platform registration, contract sign-up and business plan submission is quick and simple. Content Workflow Management

The Portal Content Management Module enables your organization to dynamically manage and update portal content once the partner portal has been configured for multiple countries, pages, content and other parameters. Content workflow management features provide your organization with a distributed workflow so that a virtual team scattered across the globe can collaborate with users to collectively review, edit, modify and publish content.

Portal Site Map Management

The Portal Content Management module enables your organization to create and configure a portal site map for better management of existing pages. You can quickly create a dynamic site map and then submit the map to external search engines for any pages that are open to public.

Portal Connectors Management
