Founder & Strategy

Sugata deeply loves solving complex industry problems that create jobs and opportunities for all those who are involved. Over the past three decades Sugata has worked in three large global organizations – Honeywell, Philips and Dell SonicWALL – learning how to put together global teams that can work together to help customers win, create multiple opportunities and do amazing things. Sugata founded ZINFI with the mission of solving the entire challenge associated with marketing and selling directly and indirectly (via channel). Over the past several years, Sugata has led the ZINFI team to build a highly customer-focused global organization that constantly innovates and asks how can we do it better and deliver more for less.

Todd Beakey

Business Development, Americas & EMEA

All new business starts with Todd. As senior director, he is responsible for conveying the value proposition to the prospect and educating them on ZINFI’s differentiation within the market. He loves to help customers solve complex solutions using “out of the box” thinking. In addition to customer acquisition, Todd’s creativity assists ZINFI with identifying go to market strategies and new room for expansion into industry segments. Leveraging his valuable skill set of experience in new business development, he is able to quickly assess a new prospect’s needs and what solutions in the ZINFI offerings would be the best fit, and rally the team around finding best pathways to achieve growth opportunities.

Mike Chantigian

Business Development, Americas & EMEA

Mike inspires a team who identifies net-new business prospects through a best-in-class Demand Generation platform. He considers his role very satisfying when the development strategy pays off and where results can be clearly seen, but recognizes the constant challenge and requires keeping a number of skills honed and sharpened like good business sense, financial planning, marketing skills, strategy development and implementation. He realizes the ultimate aim of our business development team is to improve our organization’s profitability by generating and managing new prospects. With a career’s worth of Reseller and Channel experience behind him, Mike brings forward the leadership component and ethos required of a true business development professional and leader.

Chris Field

Worldwide Marketing

Spearheading global marketing strategies and efforts for both internal and client needs, Chris plays the role of chief strategist for ZINFI branding and positioning. He coordinates all multi-channel digital marketing efforts to target appropriate audiences, generate a robust lead pipeline and create brand awareness and MarTech disruption. Taking the far-reaching success of our own corporate marketing and global growth as industry insights, Chris also works closely with our development and product teams to constantly enhance the services and features of ZINFI’s ever-evolving, powerful technology platform.

Allen Chakraborty

Marketing Programs, Asia Pacific & Japan

Anjan (Allen) Chakraborty is responsible for all of the company’s APJ sales and operations and leads the program management team to deliver integrated client solutions and achieve the expected business results. Over the last nine years at ZINFI, Anjan has worked in various roles from call centre management, program management to product management and recruiting, building and overseeing high performing global team. Passionate people leader who always gives 110% & plays to win. Always strive for accuracy and fairness. Anjan is committed to stretching himself & developing his team by challenging themselves to dream big & chase down ambitious goals.

Matt Williams

Business Services, EMEA

Leading the EMEA Business Services Team, Matt brings ZINFI customers deep knowledge and experience of leading service delivery functions, implementing channel management software and running software/IT projects and programs.

Throughout Matt’s career, he has contributed to the rise and success of notable channel programs, including those at IBM, Lenovo and Symantec. Matt has a depth of channel management and strategic planning experience and couples this with experience gained in project and program management and professional services leadership roles. Matt leads his team to deliver positive outcomes for clients by driving excellence in client management with a customer-focused outlook.

Melissa McNeil

Client Success, Americas & EMEA

Once a client comes on board with ZINFI, our in-house client relationship guru Melissa acclimates them to the full range of capabilities of their new product or services. Melissa has a very natural relational style that will quickly help ease any new customer. Not only can Melissa help walk you through the initial learning curve, but she can also help analyze context and situations and provide MarTech consultation on a worldwide level. Melissa works closely with all associated teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. As industry verticals constantly change and the customer’s unique needs continue to evolve, we rely on Melissa’s fast-paced learning and teaching ability and her top-notch communication skills.

Sudip Chaudhuri


Leading the product development team, Sudip is adept at solving the complex technical problems of developing a superior channel automation platform. He keeps the growing engineering team on target with business direction and customer feature needs, while continuously guiding the product architecture to ensure security, scalability and configurability. Internal corporate vision is combined with external customer feedback to expand the boundaries of what our automation platform is capable of, and Sudip has the hands-on and managerial technical saavy to keep the ZINFI’s Unified Channel Management pushing forward and upwards.
