Sugata loves solving complex industry problems in a way that creates hundreds of new jobs and opportunities. Over the past three decades Sugata has worked in three large Fortune 100 organizations – Honeywell, Philips and Dell SonicWALL – learning how to put together global teams that can work together to help customers win, create a wealth of new opportunities and do amazing things. Sugata founded ZINFI with the mission of solving the entire challenge associated with marketing and selling directly and indirectly via the channel. Over the past several years, he has led the ZINFI team in building a highly customer-focused global organization that constantly innovates and always asks how it can do better and deliver more for less.
Chris leads the customer experience team and plays a critical role in developing three core cross-functional elements – product, process and people – to deliver a unified industry leading customer experience with ZINFI’s SaaS solutions. Chris works closely with customers, prospects, engineers, professional service managers and executives to clearly define end-to-end business processes that are fully visible, manageable and customer-centric – driving both product and process innovations throughout the customer journey with ZINFI solutions. Chris is also responsible for building internal core business processes that cut across multiple functions to ensure ZINFI’s SaaS solutions are delivered on time and ahead of customer expectations.
Melissa is responsible for bringing new customers on board and helping them grow with ZINFI’s industry leading SaaS solutions. She has been a core driver in developing ZINFI’s sales processes to offer a full range ZINFI products and services to customers. She loves to help new customers learn ZINFI’s solutions but is also adept at detailed need analysis when consulting with customers for complex global deployments. Melissa works closely with all associated teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. As industry verticals constantly change and the customers’ unique needs continue to evolve, customers rely on Melissa’s fast-paced learning and teaching ability and her top-notch communication skills.
As the leader of the engineering team, Sudip is adept at solving the complex technical problems associated with developing a world-class channel automation SaaS solution. He keeps the growing engineering team on target with business direction and customer feature needs while continuously guiding the product architecture to ensure security, stability, scalability, speed and simplicity. Sudip develops ZINFI’s technology platform vision with external customer feedback to expand the capabilities of ZINFI’s SaaS solution. Sudip has the hands-on experience and managerial technical savvy to ensure the platform is constantly evolving and winning industry accolades and high customer satisfaction.
