NEC Partner Entel Systems, Inc. Automates High-Volume Email Marketing with the Help of the ZINFI Partner Portal

Email campaigns are one of the most popular tools for portal users. Partners can easily co-brand and customize email templates to suit their local markets and specific target audiences. In a single email blast, Entel recently sent out 6,900 emails and was immediately rewarded with 900 opens to follow up on.

Davidson says the partner portal quickly turned her into a “one-woman marketing team.” Davidson simply formats and uploads a prospect list, selects a NEC email template from the partner portal that fits the target audience and the specific product she is marketing, modifies the template with Entel-specific branding and messaging, and schedules a blast. “NEC has some incredible ready-to-use templates in the ZINFI portal, which makes it easy to send several thousand emails in minutes.”
NEC partners using the portal can turn to ZINFI’s partner marketing concierge support for assistance if they have questions about navigation or using specific marketing tools, or if they just need help becoming familiar with the technology. Entel’s Davidson now has plans to use other tools in the portal to help her business. She would like to experiment with incorporating microsites into campaigns, and she is also interested in integrating Salesforce data with the partner portal so that both tools are always synced and up to date.
