ZINFI Launches Next-Generation Channel Management SaaS Platform and Extends Its Technology Leadership via a Mobile-First Approach

ZINFI’s Adaptive SaaS (aSaaS) Platform Will Focus on a Native Mobile App Architecture That Addresses Enterprise Needs for Fully Mobile, Configurable, Connected, Scalable and Intelligent Channel Management Infrastructure

Pleasanton, CA — February 5th, 2018 — ZINFI Technologies, Inc., a company leading the definition and creation of Unified Channel Management (UCM) solutions, today announced it has launched its next-generation adaptive SaaS (aSaaS) platform, version 9.0, to address core enterprise needs for security, scalability, stability, speed and simplicity via a fully mobile, flexible, configurable and connected platform.

The new platform not only enhances the ability of enterprises to manage their partner base in a highly productive way, but also introduces a set of capabilities that do not exist today across any other solutions in the marketplace. Among these new capabilities are the following:

  • Mobility – ZINFI is introducing a “mobile first” approach to its Unified Channel Management platform with the introduction a lead management app for multiple smartphone operating systems. Over the next 90 days, the UCM entire platform will be converted into a native mobile application which will be based on a single unified architecture supporting both mobile and desktop use cases.
  • Connectivity – ZINFI’s new platform will provide a centralized interconnect (CENTRiTM) capability to connect to multiple sub-systems—e.g., learning management, lead management, CRM, point-of-sales and incentives management—and build an intelligent profile of a client’s partner base to make channel management effective, efficient and easy.
  • Flexibility – ZINFI’s new platform is introducing a set of drag-and-drop business flow (FlexiFlowTM) development capabilities that allow enterprise customers to build and manage their own workflow logic without needing to reach out for any technical support. This will significantly reduce implementation time and costs, and empower customers to make changes on the fly.
  • Intelligence – ZINFI is also introducing a cross-module business intelligence capability that will feature a correlational engine (EdisonTM) to provide deeper intelligence to enterprise customers. Customers will have access to better user interfaces to manage reports. They will also have much more flexibility in running analytics across multiple application modules to build a deeper understanding of their channel activities and performance.

In addition to these core capabilities, users of the new adaptive SaaS (aSaaS) platform will benefit from a highly scalable, super-fast, secure and redundant infrastructure. All new accounts will be leveraging this infrastructure immediately, and all existing customers will be migrated over to this new platform over the next three to six months.

In its Partner Relationship Management (PRM) SiriusView 2017 report analyzing the PRM marketplace, SiriusDecisions conducted a thorough review of ZINFI’s PRM software platform. The PRM SiriusView report praises ZINFI’s focus on integration with other channel management automation systems, offering “discrete PRM, CMM and CSM platforms that also can be seamlessly integrated. This positions ZINFI as the only vendor with a native platform across these three core application areas.”
