ZINFI Technologies Named a Leader in Independent Research Firm’s 2020 Evaluation of Partner Relationship Management Offerings

The new report consolidates ZINFI’s position as a leader in Unified Channel Management (UCM), highlighting its deep expertise in SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) and through-channel marketing automation (TCMA).
Forrester suggests PRM customers look for providers that take a holistic view of partner management, are obsessed with the partner experience—including new partner recruitment, onboarding, training, enablement, incentives, co-selling and co-marketing—and offer advanced analytics, business intelligence and automation. ZINFI was among a select group of 14 companies that currently meet these standards and were invited to participate in Forrester’s most recent evaluation of PRM offerings. The Forrester report researches, analyzes and scores these companies on a variety of criteria under three broad categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. Among other scores, ZINFI earned perfect (5 out of 5) scores for its “Product innovation roadmap in the “Strategy” category and for “Partner coselling and comarketing in the “Current offering” category. ZINFI also tied for the highest score among the participants in “Partner performance and incentives” (4.4 out of 5).
